So I called into Colonial to receive a quote, the representative answered my questions and was real knowledgeable. After a standard 30 day waiting period my washer stopped working. (Just my luck) I called the claims department and they assigned a contractor and emailed me their information. I called them and within a relatively short period of time they were out and while they were by my home they called in to get authorization and then fixed my appliance. The only cost to me was the co-pay. I was surprised and now i can be confident that i have actually have a company i can rely on. Its no secret who I recommend.
